Prateek Raina

I worked closely with Prateek during our time together at Tractable, particularly across the migration of enterprise clients onto our modern AI claims processing architecture, and he was without question one of the best technical product managers I have worked with. Prateek owned the end to end migration of five or more enterprise clients, covering discovery, PRD authoring, development coordination and go live execution, and he did this while achieving zero regression and full feature parity every single time. What stood out to me most was how he devised phased rollout and cutover strategies that meant every account went live without downtime, which is no small achievement across that many enterprise accounts. I had the chance to work directly with him on development coordination and on connecting our India and UK engineering teams to manage workload and keep delivery on track. He made that collaboration genuinely easy. When I travelled to India for an onsite knowledge transfer trip that lasted nearly a month, Prateek was consistently helpful, organised and easy to work with throughout, and that trip would have been far harder without him. Prateek combines strong technical instincts with excellent product judgement and outstanding character. He is easy to work with, dependable under pressure and always brings a positive and collaborative attitude to the table. Any team would be lucky to have him, and I would jump at the chance to work with him again.
